This policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for Brackets subscription plans. It applies to fees paid directly to us for platform access—not to products sold through your own store to end customers.
1. Free trial
New accounts may start with a 7-day free trial in live mode. No payment is required during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the selected plan.
2. Subscription refunds
Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly approve a refund at our discretion (for example, duplicate charges or verified billing errors).
3. How to request a refund or cancellation

4. Cancellations
You may cancel renewal from your account dashboard where the product provides that option, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Store orders (seller customers)
If you operate a store on Brackets, return rules for your buyers are set by you in your store policies. Brackets does not process product returns on behalf of merchants unless a specific integration or agreement states otherwise.
