Is there a 7-day free trial?
Yes. You can start a 7-day free trial on the plan you choose—we do not ask for a credit card to begin. The service runs in live mode—your store and checkout behave like production so you can test catalog, orders, payments, and (where your plan allows) integrations and workflows in real conditions. When the trial ends, subscribe to keep going; you are only charged after you add a payment method and confirm a paid plan.
What is the difference between Basic, Professional, and Enterprise?
Basic is core commerce on a Brackets subdomain—up to 3 panel users, no gift promos, abandoned cart, themes, tracking, or reports. Professional adds marketing essentials (abandoned cart, hero, theme selection, tracking, SEO, traffic analytics, product insights, public API, gift promos) with up to 10 users. Enterprise includes everything plus custom domain, full theme editor, automations, exports, supplier/affiliate tools, and up to 15 users.
Which payment gateways can I use?
All store plans—Basic, Professional, and Enterprise—support Kashier, Fawaterk, cash on delivery, and other local payment providers. Your customers pay in EGP through familiar checkout flows.
How does shipping work?
Set shipping prices per city, configure free-shipping thresholds, and connect regional carriers like Bosta, Wingezz, and Turbo. Send orders to carriers from the panel, add tracking numbers, and receive webhook updates automatically.
Can I upgrade between store tiers later?
Yes—start on Basic or Professional and move up when you need more panel users, marketing tools, or Enterprise supplier features. Change plans from your account under Plan & renewal.
