These terms govern your use of the platform, including creating an account, subscribing to a plan, and using seller, supplier, or affiliate features. By registering or completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or subscribing through our website, you enter into a binding agreement with the operator of this service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.

3. Plans, billing & trials

Subscription fees, renewal periods, and trial rules are described at checkout and in your account. Payments are processed through the gateways we support. You are responsible for charges associated with your selected plan and billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to distribute malware, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. Commercial use must comply with applicable laws and any supplier–affiliate rules shown in the product.

5. Prohibited catalog

Prohibited catalog: If we detect sexual content, illegal products, or other unlawful items offered in your store, we may terminate your subscription and permanently ban your account immediately, without prior notice or your consent.

6. Suspended accounts & data deletion

If an account does not return to an active, renewed subscription after suspension, and remains in that suspended state for six (6) continuous months, we may permanently delete the account and all related data without further approval from you. Suspension includes, for example, lapsed or unpaid plans or other plan states shown as suspended in the product.

7. Service changes

We may modify features, pricing, or these terms where permitted by law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where required. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by email.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent allowed by law. Our liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
